By accessing or using the Infinity Candles website at infinitycandles.com (the "Site") or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Infinity Candles offers handcrafted pillar candles designed for use with candle oil. Our products are wax-free and refillable. We make every effort to display product colors, designs, and descriptions as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will be perfectly accurate.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices in effect at the time of your order will apply to that order.

By placing an order, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• The information you provide is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or orders that we suspect are fraudulent.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards as supported by Stripe.

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Infinity Candles is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage at [email protected].

We will, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit for verified damaged or defective items. We do not accept returns for reasons of personal preference or change of mind.

Custom candle orders are subject to additional terms communicated at the time of inquiry. Custom orders require a deposit and are non-refundable once production has begun. Turnaround times for custom orders vary and will be confirmed upon acceptance of your request.

Custom orders are subject to our design approval process. We reserve the right to decline any custom request that conflicts with our brand values or legal obligations.

All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and the overall look and feel — is the property of Infinity Candles and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.

Our candle designs celebrate national pride and cultural identity through original artwork. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any official sports organization, government body, or national team.

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems
• Use the Site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Infinity Candles disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinity Candles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Our pillar candles are designed for use with candle oil and are wax-free. Always follow the safety instructions included with your candle. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from flammable materials, children, and pets. Place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

Infinity Candles is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use of our products.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
